Services Description

The Vastu International Consultancy ("we", "our", or "us") provides Vastu Shastra consultation services including residential Vastu, commercial Vastu, plot analysis, energy healing, and online consultations worldwide. Our services are provided by Sanjay Gupta and authorised associates with expertise in Vastu Shastra principles.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all consultations, whether conducted in person at our office in Patiala, at your property, or online via video call.

Consultation Terms

• Booking: Consultations are booked by contacting us via phone (+91 9814144554), WhatsApp, or our website contact form. A consultation is confirmed only after mutual agreement on the date, time, and scope of the assessment.
• Scheduling: We make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. On-site visits in Patiala and nearby areas are typically available within 3-7 business days. Online consultations can often be scheduled sooner based on availability.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.
• Client Responsibilities: For online consultations, you are responsible for providing accurate floor plans, photographs, and compass directions as requested. For on-site visits, you must ensure reasonable access to the property being assessed.

Payment Terms

Consultation fees are communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on the type of consultation, property size, and scope of assessment. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the consultation. Any additional charges for extended consultations or follow-up visits will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. We accept payment through standard banking channels, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods.

Limitation of Liability

Vastu Shastra guidance provided by The Vastu International Consultancy is advisory in nature and based on traditional Indian architectural and spatial principles. Our recommendations are made in good faith based on our expertise and analysis of your property.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as financial gains, health improvements, relationship resolutions, or business growth. Results may vary based on numerous factors beyond Vastu compliance, including individual actions, market conditions, and other external circumstances.

Our Vastu consultation does not replace professional medical advice, financial planning, legal counsel, or structural engineering assessments. Clients are advised to seek appropriate professional guidance for matters outside the scope of Vastu Shastra.

Intellectual Property

All consultation reports, written recommendations, diagrams, annotated floor plans, and other materials provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of The Vastu International Consultancy. These materials are provided for your personal use in connection with your property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Property details, floor plans, photographs, consultation findings, and personal information shared during the consultation process will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. We may use anonymised case studies for educational or illustrative purposes on our website or in consultations, but no personally identifiable information or property addresses will be shared.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala, Punjab, India.
